What does SheCook?

Holly Holt is currently employed full time with The Yellowhead Tribal Council as their In-House Chef. She curates a culturally relevant and healthy lunch program for staff, creating a nourishing and more productive environment in the office. Holly also collaborates with Edmonton’s Stanley Milner Library in The Kitchen as an instructor, focusing on Indigenous cuisine in her teachings. Holly is also well versed in the catering business, and has a dynamic approach in curating specific menu’s and experiences for her clients. She enjoys the challenge of cooking or teaching in unique environments, from writers workshops, to kids cooking classes, to bush cooking, to farm to table, to cooking on a boat and much much more.
